UFOs Are Real!
by Mike James
Last summer, the Defense Department issued a news release with the following headline: "Establishment of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF)." The mission of the UAPTF is "to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security," according to the Pentagon.
A few months after this, as part of President Trump's spending and pandemic relief package, the Senate Intelligence Committee included a provision calling for the director of national intelligence to help produce an unclassified report on everything government agencies know about Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), including many unusual sightings reported by military pilots. The report came out in late June 2021.
Ex-government officials have been saying some interesting things about this subject. In late 2020, former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director John Brennan, on a podcast, said it was "a bit presumptuous and arrogant for us to believe that there's no other form of life anywhere in the entire universe."
In April of 2021, former CIA director R. James Woolsey said in an interview with the Black Vault, a website that collects reports of paranormal sightings, that he wasn't "as skeptical as I was a few years ago, to put it mildly, but something is going on that is surprising to a series of intelligent aircraft, experienced pilots."
In May 2021, former President Obama told a late-night host that what is captured in military videos cannot be explained. "What is true, and I'm actually being serious here, is that there is footage and records of objects in the skies that we don't know exactly what they are. We can't explain how they move, their trajectory. They did not have an easily explainable pattern. And so I think that people still take seriously trying to investigate and figure out what that is."
Both of the former CIA directors and the former president were referring to Air Force and Navy pilot videos that have been revealed in recent years showing UFOs on radar traveling at unusual speeds and performing aerial moves that defy logic when compared with what the most sophisticated military planes are known to be capable of.
Pentagon officials have confirmed the authenticity of the videos. Some of them were featured on a recent episode of 60 Minutes.
One of the pilots featured on 60 Minutes, Commander Dave Fravor, said personnel found a "little white Tic-Tac-looking object" moving above the water before it disappeared. Seconds later, his ship—the USS Princeton—said the object reappeared on its radar 60 miles away.
One clip shows a UFO hovering from side to side before it dips below sea level. This clip was filmed by the USS Omaha on July 15, 2019, off the coast of San Diego. A submarine was even used to search the area where the UFO went below the sea. Nothing was found.
"I've seen some of those videos from Navy pilots," Brennan said, "and I must tell you that they are quite eyebrow-raising when you look at them." He added, "I think some of the phenomena we're going to be seeing continues to be unexplained and might, in fact, be some type of phenomenon that is the result of something that we don't yet understand and that could involve some type of activity that some might say constitutes a different form of life."
Finally, on June 25, 2021, the long-anticipated government report on UFOs revealed that in over 140 UFO incidents, many of them reported by Navy aviators, government experts could not determine what the objects were.
Wow! What is going on here? Top government officials are now confirming what thousands of people have been reporting for the last 100 years or so. There are objects all over the world flying around with capabilities that no humans have been able to engineer. But does that mean these phenomena are from outer space? Is it possible what is being seen is from another dimension?
The Bible reveals a lot of things that are difficult for some people to believe. Notice this interesting incident in 2 Kings 6:16-17. Elisha the prophet asks God to open the eyes of his servant so he can see an angelic army surrounding them where moments before he could not see them.
Read the vision of Ezekiel in Ezekiel 1. It is a vision of angelic beings speeding back and forth like lightening (verse 14). They move with bright wheel-like objects (verse 16). Could this have any connection to the UFOs speeding across the skies in military videos? But why would angels be fooling us into believing in UFOs coming from space?
Let's not forget we believe Satan was once one of God's angels (Isaiah 14; Ezekiel 28). Satan has also deceived the whole world (Revelation 12:9). Would there be any reason for Satan and his fallen minions to lead the world astray into believing in life out in space? Read Revelation 19:11-21. When Christ comes out of heaven to rule this world, the kings of the earth will gather to fight Him. Could the kings be fooled into thinking this is an invasion from outer space?
All of this is of course, speculation, but I will tell you we are living in very interesting times. As the time of Christ's Second Coming nears, things will be getting more and more interesting.
